Little Wings Foundation - Board of Directors

“Keeping you informed about what's going on in the Non Profit world”…

Our Team - Board of Directors

Lindley Pless

Lindley Pless

Lindley was motivated to create Little Wings after realizing that her friends, family, coworkers, and contacts were always eager to give to the projects and fundraisers she was in touch with. She saw this as a good way to match people who have money to share with the causes that are really worthy of the help. Lindley has worked with the Hole in the Wall Gang Camp as a volunteer camp counselor since 1999. She is actively involved with Free Arts for Abused Children. She sits on the board of the St. Rollando's Foundation, a Jamaican non-profit that raises awareness and funding for mothers and infants affected by hydrocephalus.

While she has met with and worked with all of our charities in their US offices, her goal is to make it to Africa by 2010 to see Ubuntu, Kagando, and Doc to Dock in action. Lindley is a reporter at NY1, and has been able to share many interesting stories about non-profits and the people who make them possible in her 4 years on-air.
